Sunday 1:1 Reset Sessions
£45 Per Session or £120 for 3 sessions (January offer)
Sunday Reset Sessions are gentle, grounding 1:1 movement experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin the week feeling centred and clear. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or stuck in your head, these sessions offer a soft, supportive space to breathe, move, and come home to yourself.
Using simple movement, breath-work, and somatic awareness, I’ll guide you through practices that settle the nervous system and create a sense of spaciousness and ease. Each session is responsive to how you arrive - no pressure, no performance, no choreography. Just grounded, embodied support.

You can book a single session or a short series to deepen your practice and create a weekly ritual of calm.
Sessions are delivered online (Zoom) or in person in Sutton, and take place on Sundays.
During booking you will be prompted to complete a short intake form to help me understand what you’re hoping for, so that your sessions feel supportive, personal, and attuned to your needs.
A payment link will be sent after booking, via WhatsApp and email.
